This vault comes with manual override keys to open the vault in the event of battery/electronic failure. If customer's keys are lost or stolen, we can provide duplicates. However, there is a charge of $5 per key plus $3.75 for shipping (if within the Continental U.S.). To check availability of key, we would need the serial number on the back of the vault. We will also need the key number engraved on the lock/keyhole.
