Warranty nearly worthless.
After using the binoculars for two months the left side would no longer focus. The lens away from eye floated in and out with gravity. I asked for a RMA for return and repair. The reply was that it would be an inconvenience to repair the binoculars. No RMA number was given. So the warranty should say that these binoculars are so cheap that you can just purchase a new pair at your expense when they fail.
Pros: Work for a short time.
Cons: Worthless warranty.
