The screws fell out on my first use (fit test) and were lost - Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Canik OWB Pro Competition Holster

I purchased the Pro IDPA Competition Holster for my M&P Performance Center Shield Plus last October (2023). I test fitted the holster and placed it in my gun cabinet. A few months ago, I grabbed the holster from my cabinet, and noticed the blet clip was only held on by one screw, which was also loose. I have no idea where the other screw was, so I called Black Scorpion Gear (BSG) to see if I could get a replacement screw. They asked me to send a photo, along with a description of the problem, which I did. I fully expected BSG to simply send me a replacement screw. What they sent was an order form for replacement parts. I had to pay $6.99 to replace the screw that fell out of my brand-new holster, right out of the box.

Seems a little petty to me. Most firearm accessory companies are better than that.
