I use the BootLock for my duty backup, a Glock 26. My only real complaint is in regards to the wide frame of my compact, not of the BootLock at all. Thinner backups would probably fare better, but either way it is still easy to reach, and is comfortably to carry on my 10-14 hr shifts, Great product! Would highly recommend!
Pros: Not as bulky as vest carry, very slim profile
Cons: I believe it could be designed to rotate more to be flatter against ankle
