I did not initially think I needed this, but after using it I’m glad I purchased it. This ensures that you’re cleaning rod is in proper alignment with your bore to prevent scratches and dings. Once installed, it makes it easier and smoother to clean. It comes with three different bore guide sizes and a solvent port. I think it works well.
