Harness strap - Vortex Binocular Harness Strap

I was very aggravated that this Vortex strap did not fit my Vortex binoculars. The nylon strip that is supposed to slid through the slot on the side of the bins was too large. The metal eyelet was bigger than the opening of the slot. Because I have neck issues I needed the harness style. I have attached the harness by jury rigging it but have very quickly lost my lens cap probably because of that. There was no indication I could see that the strap was only suitable for certain models though I may have missed it.
