I"m 5'10" tall, 54" chest will this fit? And, on the left shoulder, is that a radio pouch?

It should fit, the manufacturer says this expands from 2XL to 4XL. The pouch on the left shoulder is designed for a small radio.

Left handed draw version in green?

I am 6' 4". will the veswt and belt at least go to my waist or below it? i also have a 42 inch waist. Will the belt fit?

Are armor plates able to be put in?

This is not a body proof armor this is something that can go over it. As another way if the body armor does not have a molle system.
