It should fit, the manufacturer says this expands from 2XL to 4XL. The pouch on the left shoulder is designed for a small radio.

I'm same size, it just fits. Belt is more generous than the straps on vest.

I am 6' 250 lbs - have a 45 in chest - product did not fit - fully expanded the sides and the belt - does not come close to be abe to zip it up!
