Fierce Fleece
Well built fleece, a good product for your Kryptek system. Very warm, went great with all my cold weather Kryptek gear. Warm and waterproof enough for snowmobiling, we hunt off sleds quite a bit and I stay warm and dry.

Kryptek vellus pants, Skyfall medium
I ordered these pants in sky fall size medium for late season whitetail hunting in Maryland. I mostly saddle hunt, and found that these pants were very comfortable while in the saddle and didn’t seem to bunch up like some insulated pants do. I found that they were great as stand alone pants between 25-50 degrees, but with a base layer and mid layer were comfortable down to 0 degrees. They are waterproof and windproof, but my favorite thing about them is how quiet they are and how durable they are. I went through some pretty thick green briar with them, including getting caught up and snagged many times, but they are still in perfect condition with not one stitch being pulled out or fray in the fabric.

Great fit, great quality
These pants are definitely a quality product, the fit is perfect, pockets and zippers are all functional and well thought out as far as placement and accessibility. Nothing negative, all positive so far. The camo pattern has worked real well in fooling field-feeding canada geese, a real bonus. Recommend to all

Warm and waterproof!
I bought my first Vellus set for a Quebec caribou hunt I did in 2017. I got them 2 days before I left so I had no chance to try them out, but I took them with me anyway. One miserable day in the bush, we hiked a couple miles in the pouring rain. I had some Sitka rain gear on and when we stopped to glass, I was just as wet inside as out due to the exertion. Soon the wind came up and I was this close to having hypothermia. I had brought my Vellus stuff with me, just in case, so I switched out my clothes. Best decision of the day! That gear kept me warm and dry and saved the day. It's also super quiet. I own a lot of Kryptek clothing and the Vellus line is, hands down, my favorite.

Great camo pattern (Skyfall), can’t wait for the rut !!
I am a bow hunter who has many different top brand camo company outfits. That being said the vellus pants in skyfall I just purchased hands down are a top quality pant. From the insulation to the wind proofing and for sure the softness and quiet outer are a must. From many years of experience being windproof saved many hunts being able to stay in the stand in a cold wind. Where normally you freeze out and head home. Guess what that’s the day you get a pic he was there and you weren’t !! I will do another review after the 24 season in Pa just to satisfy the doubtful. But I am 100% sure the camo pattern in a tree when the leaves are off will be effective in rendering the 3 1/2 year olds and older clueless to your presence.
